Child Safety Standards

P!NG is an adults-only service. These are our standards against child sexual abuse and
exploitation (CSAE), published as required by Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Adults only, enforced at sign-up
P!NG is available to people aged 18 and over. Age is recorded at sign-up and accounts
that do not meet the age requirement are not permitted. We do not knowingly allow anyone
under 18 to create or hold an account. An account found to belong to a minor is
terminated and its data deleted.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
We prohibit, without exception:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Sexualisation of minors, including text, images, and implied or simulated content.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
- Trafficking, and any offer or request to exchange sexual content involving minors.
3. In-app reporting
Every profile, photo, chat, and signal in P!NG can be reported from inside the app.
Reports reach our review queue directly. Reports concerning a minor or CSAE are treated
as highest priority and are reviewed ahead of all other reports.
4. What we do about a report
Confirmed CSAE results in immediate account termination and preservation of the relevant
records. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
(NCMEC) and to the competent authorities in the jurisdictions where we operate, and we
cooperate with lawful requests from those authorities.
5. Blocking and prevention
Users can block any other user at any time. Blocking is immediate and removes the other
person from discovery, ends any open conversation, and prevents further contact. We do
not show a user's exact location to anyone; discovery uses coarse, offset positions and
distance ranges only.
