Delete your P!NG account

Option 1 — delete it yourself, inside the app
1. Open P!NG and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm on Delete account.
Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out and the account cannot be recovered.
Option 2 — ask us
Email privacy@snakesteak.xyz from the address on your account, or include your
nickname. We complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your profile, nickname, age, gender and interests, photos, chat messages, signals and
connections, crews you hosted, your coin balance and item inventory, push notification
tokens, and blocks you created. Photo files are removed from storage. Your session is
ended right away.
What we keep, and for how long
- A record with no personal data — a random account ID and the sign-up date — is kept so
that abuse reports made about the account stay intact. It cannot be linked back to you.
- Where the law requires us to retain records (for example transaction records), we keep
only those records, stored separately, for the period the law requires, and then
destroy them.
Nothing else is retained. We do not keep a backup copy of a deleted account.
