Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Snake Steak website and related internal systems operated by Snake Steak ("Company").
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users with respect to the Services.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "User" means any public visitor, administrator (Admin), or client accessing the Services.
2. "Contract" means any electronically signed document governing services between the Company and a client.
3. "E-signature" means a drawn or typed signature captured at /sign/[token].
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment)
1. These Terms apply to all users who can access the Services.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by law. Amendments take effect 7 days after notice is posted on this page.
Article 4 (Services Provided)
- Public marketing site (/, /about, /works, /contact)
- Admin console (/admin): contract and inquiry management
- Electronic contract signing (/sign/[token]): single-use signing links for clients
Article 5 (Formation of Contracts)
1. Individual project contracts are drafted at /admin/contracts, delivered to the client as a /sign/[token] link, and deemed formed upon the client's electronic signature.
2. Electronic signatures are legally binding pursuant to the Electronic Signature Act and the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions (Republic of Korea).
3. Upon completion, the Company permanently stores the signature time, IP, user-agent, and signature image in the audit log.
Article 6 (Company Obligations)
1. The Company will not engage in activities prohibited by law or by these Terms and will make reasonable efforts to provide a stable service.
2. The Company will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Suspension)
The Company may temporarily suspend the Services in the following cases:
- Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades
- Force majeure (natural disaster, national emergency, telecommunications failure)
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company is not liable for damages caused by user fault.
2. Except for the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having venue over the Company's registered address.
